Functional fitness built for the long game — so the mountains, trails, and courts are yours for life.
I’m Alex, a resident of the Lakewood / Seward Park neighborhood in South Seattle, husband, and father to two young kids ages 1 and 3. Like you, I want to be there for my kids as I age, both physically and mentally. Exercise plays a key role in how well we age, how susceptible we are to disease, and the activities we can enjoy as we get older.
While most training asks: what can you do today? I ask a different question — what do you want to be doing at 70, 75, 80? Hiking the Cascades. Crushing a Hyrox. Biking the Burke-Gilman. Carving turns at Stevens Pass. Dominating the pickleball court.
Whatever drives you — outdoors or in the gym — we work backwards from that vision, building the strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular capacity to make it real. Every session is purposeful, every program is personal.
Longevity isn’t luck — it’s a training strategy. I’m here to help you build one.
Book a Free ConsultEvery program is built around one question: what do you want to still be doing decades from now? Then we get to work.
